To report a claim by phone, call the Peerless Insurance ANYTIME Claims Service™ at 1-800-522-7152 toll free anytime, anywhere. A trained customer service representative will take the claim information and begin processing it immediately, regardless of the time of day.

• Immediate claim processing;
• Body shop referral through our PACE 100 program;
• Rental car referral;
• Emergency property repairs through our C.A.R.E.S. program;
• Glass repair through our Total Glass Solution program; and
• Agent notification of the loss.

After reporting your claim to the Peerless Insurance ANYTIME Claims Service, a local claims representative will contact you before the end of the next business day. If you report a serious loss—one that involves death or hospitalization, or that makes your personal residence or place of business uninhabitable—we will contact you that same day and, in most cases, within an hour of your call.
