If you have a question about your bill, want to sign up for Electronic Billing (for commercial lines only), or need help with online billing, you can use the Contact Billing Services form or call us at 800-228-7830 (available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EST), using one of the following prompts to reach a customer service representative:

• For active personal lines policyholders, enter "1-1-2" at the first message prompt
• For active business lines policyholders, enter "5-2-3" at the first message prompt
