Premier Auto Claims Experience (PACE™)
Available in many areas.
Our responsibility to policyholders goes beyond simply getting a car repaired. It includes helping to make sure the vehicle is repaired correctly. While we cannot do the actual repair, our PACE program, which is available in most states, provides our customers with qualified repair specialists who have the skills required to restore today's automobiles to their pre-loss condition, thereby protecting their investment.

If a policyholder elects to use one of our authorized PACE repair facilities, we will provide a 100% written guarantee of satisfaction on those repairs for as long as the policyholder owns the vehicle.

The Total Glass Solution™
Available in many areas.
Damaged glass is dangerous and should be repaired promptly. We help make this easy. Just call the Total Glass Solution at 800-522-7152 (toll-free) to report a loss and we will initiate the repair. Trained representatives will help set up an appointment at a time and place that is convenient for you. They'll even arrange for the bill to be sent directly to us. All you need to do is call, arrange for repairs, and pay any applicable deductible.
